Shipping Information
 We are charging one flat rate per state on any order under
25 lbs of product. Any order above 25 lbs of product would need to be called in.
We want to get our orders to you as cheaply as possibly and will work directly
with you to find the best rates. Now as mentioned on our homepage we are asking
that you ship either fresh or frozen seafood. Unfortunately we are unable to
ship both in the same container. Please take this into consideration when
deciding what type of seafood to ship.

Shipping
Rates per State:
- A flat rate of $15.00 dollars will be charged for ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI,
NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, KY, IN, OH, IN, MI
- A flat rate of $30.00 dollars will be charged for FL, AL, MS, LA, TX, AR,
MO, KS, IL, IA, MN, WI
- A flat rate of $35.00 dollars will be charged for ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, CO
- A flat rate of $45.00 dollars will be charged for NM, AZ, CA, NV, UT, WY,
MT, ID, OR, WA
Please take into consideration that you can order up to
25 lbs and we will still offer you the same discounted price.
Delivering
your seafood fresh to your door is our priority! Therefore, please make sure
that the address you provide is correct. We cannot guarantee deliveries to
incorrect addresses.
Most of The Great Gourmet product line is
perishable and requires special handling. Our normal shipping days are Monday
thru Thursday. The day the order is placed is not considered one of the two
shipping days. Orders received Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on Monday
unless you request otherwise. It is important to note that because we expedite
your orders by shipping UPS or Express Mail overnight, we cannot ship to P.O.
Box addresses. Weather and major holidays may change delivery availability.
Since many of our products are subject to weather conditions all orders are
subject to availability of product.
All orders are shipped signature
release - No signature is required unless you live in a multi-unit building,
then a signature will be required. This means, if no one is there to receive the
order from our carrier the driver will leave the order at your door. This
signifies acceptance of the order the same as a signature. We recommend that
someone be there within the designated time frame to accept the order and
properly refrigerate it (although product will stay frozen after delivery for up
to 8 hours). We will e-mail you the carrier tracking number when your order is
shipped which will allow you to monitor the delivery of your order. Due to the
extra time needed to ship to Alaska and Hawaii please contact The Great Gourmet,
Inc. to check on availability.
If this is a gift, please be sure to alert
the recipient that something perishable will be delivered via UPS. We also offer
a personal gift card free of charge.

Policy
The Great Gourmet, Inc. strives to ship you the
freshest seafood available anywhere. When your order leaves our facility it is
packed with more than enough refrigerant to prevent spoilage. However if you
receive your order and it is damaged or spoiled due to negligence by The Great
Gourmet we will replace the item free of charge or refund you your
money.
Please do not discard of any suspected spoilage until a
representative from The Great Gourmet is contacted. Please contact us at (410)
